When a substance is not available in the database taken from the database it is possible that the user adds a substance manually to SOFOS 360®. A workplace instruction card (WIK) or a safety data sheet can also be generated from a manually entered substance

If a safety data sheet is to be prepared, all the information necessary for the safety data sheet shall be filled in when the substance is entered
